Hey folks!
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up I'm dealing with some delays getting orders dropped off. I moved earlier this month and the big post office here refuses to scan orders to provide a receipt, unfortunately there's been more issues with missing/delayed shipments and tracking since late last year so it's essential to have them scanned. USPS has been making changes to their tracking system and processing centers and over the last several months I've been having increasing issues with labels not being found in the system or not scanning at all, which means having to bring them back home and print new labels because they'll absolutely get lost otherwise. I'm working with Consumer Affairs to have them correct the problem, but for the time being forced to travel out quite far to a post office that will scan them for me. I'm hoping to have the issue resolved shortly so I'm able to return to normal drop-offs.
I've also got a bit of a delay as there have been supply chain interruptions with the tariffs thing and an increase in lost orders that have to be remade. I've just gotten my titanium and heavy gauge stainless steel back in and there's a bit of a backlog, but I'm working my way through them as quickly as I can. I'm stuck working alone for the foreseeable future as I'm still working to get my thyroid function on track and my health isn't stable enough to keep consistent hours to train someone new. I've got a bit more on my plate than normal, but I'm giving it everything I've got!
