4/22/2026- Due to a glitch with the platform I haven't been receiving messages for the last few weeks, I'm getting notifications but when I check the message there's nothing there. I'm working with the platform the site is hosted through trying to resolve the issue, but in the meantime I've added a chat to the site (scroll all the way down and it'll pop up in the bottom right corner). While I've been planning on adding the live chat back as soon as possible this is a bit earlier than I was intending as I'm still working around the clock catching up on orders that were delayed by health issues, and am not going to be able to monitor. However I want to ensure that everyone is able to get in touch with me, so if I'm unable to get back to the chat please leave your name and email so I can get back to you when I'm available.

Please ensure that you have read the Shipping & Policies section prior to asking questions regarding processing times. Most questions can be answered with the information made available there.
Please note that international orders are shipped through USPS shipping partner GlobalPost. Due to a glitch with the web host when the tracking information is auto updated on the website they're designated as USPS, causing the tracking links to not work. I sometimes miss them or am unable to manually switch the shipping provider right away, if you are contacting due to an international shipment not tracking please enter the tracking number here at the GlobalPost website.

Please note that order and shipping confirmation emails are automatically generated from a "no reply" email which goes to an unmonitored email account. Responses/replies to these automatically generated emails will not be seen. Additionally there is an issue with the messaging system that the webhost has been unable to resolve since the beginning of the year and I do not receive notifications when a reply is received. If you have replied to an email but I haven't gotten back to you, please use the contact form for any inquiries about your order to ensure that I receive your message.
