Important Notice

I've had a recent influx of orders being returned to me for labels not being recognized or bogus reasons like no one being home for delivery despite not requiring signature and the packages being plenty small enough to fit in a mailbox, one last week was returned for "animal interference" which isn't something they're supposed to be returned for, they're supposed to reattempt delivery. This is most likely due to ongoing and worsening issues with the USPS workforce being unable to process the volume of mail they have. There's also been increasing issues with USPS issuing the same tracking number to multiple unrelated packages, there's quite a few blog posts and reddit posts recently and the Postmaster at my local PO said she's been seeing it happen a lot with Shein and Amazon shipments and has received a few phone calls from customers trying to track down their missing shipments but the tracking belonging to packages that belonged here and were delivered correctly. A couple months back USPS instituted a policy to automatically refund "unused" shipping labels and I've had orders popping back up in my "awaiting shipment" section weekly. Thankfully so far all but two of them have been delivered without issue, but it's something to be aware of as that may change with midterms coming up, as this is one of the many ways they're working to end mail in voting, hence why all this issues started late summer of 2024.

Please keep in mind that I have no control what happens to a package once it's been handed over to USPS and I'm not responsible for incorrect delivery. I am as always happy to reship the ones that are returned improperly and send replacements in cases where they've gone missing or have been delivered incorrectly. I've had to replace about 20% of what I'm shipping since election season when they started falsifying delivery scans, and unfortunately that's all I can do. However, I can't fix an issue if I don't know it exists. Please allow a little extra time for shipping issues and please let me know when there is a problem so that I have an opportunity to resolve it. and when messaging PLEASE remember to check your spam folder. Many email services automatically filter out emails from businesses that aren't on your approved emails list, and I am far too often repeatedly answering the same increasingly angry email from a customer who clearly isn't getting the replies I'm sending. I'm under increasing strain from disputes for orders that have shipped and are in transit or that are well within processing time because people think I'm ignoring them, but there's nothing I can do about emails being filtered out other than keep answering the messages and hoping they get read. It's also possible this is an issue with Wix, the e-commerce platform my site it through. In the second week of April I just stopped receiving messages, I lost a ton of time going back and forth with them and we finally figured out a workaround, but the messaging system itself is non functional and they apparently don't know how to fix it. This has been an intermittent issue since January of 2023 and I'm very much at the end of my rope with it. I'm hoping to be able to rebuild the site through Shopify within the next few weeks and finally be done with this nightmare.

5/6/2026- I have just received the heavy gauge stainless steel wire used for thumb splints, hand MCP splints, and large sized IP joint splints back in last week after it went on a wild 3 week journey around the country. I'm working my way through the orders waiting on it currently and should have them out by the end of next week. Most I should be able to get done and out this week.

There has also been a backorder on the heavy gauge sterling silver, gold fill, and rose gold fill wire for the last month or so. This is the result of supply chain issues caused by everything going on with shipping recently, it's pretty abnormal for the precious metals to have backorders but does happen now and again. The ship date I currently have is for the 15th and will be prioritizing the orders waiting on it as soon as the shipment comes in. I sincerely apologize for the unexpected delay and any inconvenience it may have caused.

Due to a glitch with Wix when the tracking information is auto updated on the website they're designated as USPS, causing the tracking links to not work. Responses/replies to these automatically generated emails will not be seen. Additionally there is an issue with the messaging system that the webhost has been unable to resolve since the beginning of the year and I do not receive notifications when a reply is received.
