Just wanted to drop a quick update that due to an issue with my thyroid meds this month I've been struggling to function normally and keep up on everything. There's been increasing issues with shipping and tracking and keeping up on filing and following up claims has added a lot of extra work to my already overflowing plate.
I'm giving it everything I've got and sincerely apologize for any delays. I've been unable to leave the house for the last couple weeks due to my health and it's been difficult navigating all this without any help. I have another 2 weeks to go until the right meds are back in, but T3 thankfully works much faster and I'm looking forward to feeling better soon. The weather unexpectedly dropped 20-30 degrees this week and my body is rebelling over the sudden change as cold weather has a serious impact on thyroid function. My metabolism just crumbled under the increased demands of maintaining body temp in the cold, I wish the climate could've waited 2 more weeks until summer was done so I at least had adequate meds for the change.
Please check the News & Updates page for details about current shipping issues. In recent months it's been worse than it was even during Covid. Post offices are refusing to scan in shipments, tracking is really unreliable and it's not uncommon for it to not update until delivery. They laid off 10,000 workers over the last few months and have closed numerous facilities, routing shipments into nearby facilities who don't have the capacity to process them. It's been a nightmare, but I'm keeping up on them and getting replacements out as needed. Please keep in mind that I'm unable to file a search request/claim until 2 weeks has passed, and there's been a lot of shipments lately that are taking that long to get to their destination. Unfortunately all we can really do right now is be patient, the same situation we typically see during the holiday season when USPS is overloaded has become normal operating standard. While there has been more missing shipments than normal the majority of them are making it to their destination, they're just taking longer than they're supposed to.
I have everything broken down on the news page to explain what's happening and what to expect.
Thanks so much for everyone's support and patience while I navigate this mess and get my health back under control! ❤
Please note that order and shipping confirmation emails are automatically generated from a "no reply" email which goes to an unmonitored email account. Responses/replies to these automatically generated emails will not be seen. Additionally there is an issue with the messaging system that the webhost has been unable to resolve since the beginning of the year and I do not receive notifications when a reply is received. If you have replied to an email but I haven't gotten back to you, please use the contact form for any inquiries about your order to ensure that I receive your message.
