Due to illness I've unexpectedly been down for the last week and a half and wasn't able to get last weeks orders dropped off Friday. I have most of them getting picked up tomorrow save for a few I need to remake splints for, which will go out Monday/Tuesday. I sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience caused.
As of 9/25/2025 Canada Post is on strike again, which came on the heels of a change with Shipstation that prevented me from creating international labels for nearly 3 weeks, so I've unfortunately got several orders completed that are stuck waiting. I'll have them out as soon as Canada Post resumes normal operations.
I've temporarily removed the Priority Express shipping option until I'm able to personally drop orders off to have them scanned in again. USPS changed their system with Priority Express shipments and while it was supposed to make shipments run more smoothly it's led to an issue where the labels are and I've had several of them returned to me due to "wrong format", meaning the label isn't being recognized in the system. I'm getting new labels printed for them to drop off tomorrow/Monday, but for the time being I'm having more issues with them than not and don't want to risk the orders going missing.
Additional important information regarding current USPS shipping issues can be found on the News & Updates page. Please keep in mind that I can't file a search request/claim until 2 weeks has passed. While there's been a slight increase of missing shipments the vast majority of them are making it to their destination, however it's not uncommon for them to take 2-3 weeks and tracking can be sparse. Unfortunately all we can really do is be patient

Titanium is currently delayed as I'm waiting on backordered supplies which are expected back in within the next 2-3 weeks. There's been supply chain issues due to recent tariffs and shipping suspensions from numerous countries, but I'm doing my best to keep up on it.
I've also now been nearly 6 weeks without my thyroid meds for the same reason. They're finally scheduled to ship out Monday but given the backlog of shipments coming into customs it could be another 3-4 weeks before I receive them. I have a 6 month supply coming in so thankfully won't have to worry about going through this again anytime soon, but for the next few weeks I'll be working at reduced capacity and order drop offs will still be limited to once/twice weekly until I can get my health back under me and it's safe for me to drive again . It's been a very frustrating and difficult few months and I'm very much looking forward to getting back on track and back to normal operations.

As there are a number of factors that are out of my control I'm unfortunately not able to provide more specific estimates for processing time/ship dates than what's available on the policies page. Until my meds come back in my health is too unpredictable-some days I can plow through a dozen orders without issue, some days it takes me hours to make a single swan neck because my hands won't cooperate. Once I have my meds back and my health is stabilized again I'll be able to get through everything relatively fast and get back on track, but for the next few weeks it's impossible for me to predict what I'll be able to do when. All I can do for now is give it my 100% and keep moving forward.
