1/15/2026-After a long and incredibly difficult several months fighting to recover my health I'm elated to be able to say that processing times should be largely back to normal. While it's still going to take a bit to clear the backlog of delayed orders I expect all remaining open orders to be out by the end of the month. I've just received titanium back in and am waiting on the heavy gauge stainless steel used for thumb splints and hand mcp/buddy/trigger splints so there may be a slight delay for orders waiting on it, but everything should be back on track shortly.
There's been an uptick of orders marked delivered that weren't received again, as I'd been concerned might happen during the holiday season. If your order shows "delivered" but hasn't arrived please contact your local post office first as they can check with the driver, but if they're unable to locate it just let me know and I'll get a claim in for it and a replacement order on the way.
