*****IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CANADIAN SHIPMENTS*****

USPS shipments to Canada resumed 12/17/2024 after a nearly month long strike by Canada Post. The news says they are ramping up efforts and getting the backlog of orders being held out quickly, however with the holiday season I would expect delays to continue for at least a few more weeks.

We're finally working our way through the oldest orders that had been waiting on titanium received back in last month after a 6 week delay as well as working my way through a large number of orders that went missing or were misdelivered after USPS recycled tracking numbers early from September through mid November, likely due to the increased volume of mail related to the election. ​There were over 100 orders total, so while we are working through quickly we still have a ways to go, but I'm remaining hopeful it won't be terribly much longer.

The thumb IP/MCP Combination splints however will still have delays for another month or so-especially in titanium-as I catch up from being unable to make them for several months while healing from bilateral trigger thumb. There's been a notice regarding this delay in the product description of each variant of this splint type since May, which will be removed when they're finally caught up. Thankfully I've been in a groove going through them quickly the last few days and should be able to get at least the small orders for them finished off next week.​​

It has been a very long and difficult year with a lot of unexpected and devastating situations that occurred. I've been giving it everything I got to get us back on track and running normally again. While the majority of orders have been going out on time for the last couple months, large orders will still have some delays for a while going forward while we work to clear out the remaining backlog.

As it's been very difficult for me to keep up with everything on my own and limited hours to the day, I set up an automated email that provides answers to the majority of processing time, shipping, and order replacement questions, all other questions will be answered as soon as I'm able.

 

I sincerely apologize for the delays and resulting frustration and inconvenience they've caused. Everyone's patience and understanding as I navigate these issues has been so greatly appreciated
